Our Services

We provide consultation, planning and booking services for private customized travel within China. The final itinerary is subject to the plan confirmed by both parties.

Booking and Payment

Once an itinerary is confirmed we will provide a quotation and payment instructions. A booking is established when payment is received.

Changes and Cancellation

Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking. Third party costs already incurred may not be fully refundable.

Liability

Where an itinerary is affected by force majeure we will assist in arranging alternatives, but we do not accept liability for indirect losses arising from it.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be published on this page.
